We are excited to offer our newly launched HeartSister Support Group, a space specifically designed for young women facing heart failure. This group launched October of 2024 to foster a sense of community among those who understand the unique struggles that come with heart failure--pre and post-transplant.

 

Living with a chronic illness can often feel isolating, and finding others who truly understand your journey is priceless. The HeartSister Support Group provides a safe and supportive environment where women can share their stories, offer each other encouragement, and gain strength from knowing they are not alone. Whether you’ve been living with a diagnosis for years or are just beginning your journey, this group is here for you.

Audrey, who was diagnosed with Danon’s disease at a young age, is leading this group with a deep desire to help others through their health journeys. ​If you or someone you know could benefit from being a part of this group, we invite you to join us. It’s a place to connect, share, and grow alongside women who know what it’s like to face health challenges head-on.​
