Monthly Virtual Gatherings
HELD ON the second Thursday of each month

In collaboration with New England Heart Failure Centers and Hospitals, the HeartBrothers hosts a FREE virtual Patient Support Group on the second Thursday of each month. These meetings are a memorial tribute to our beloved HeartBrother Larry Williams who passed away in March 2022. A true friend and neighbor to everyone he met, Larry earned the nickname "The Governor" during his time in the hospital with his fellow HeartBrothers and Sisters. In his genial spirit, we carry on these monthly meetings, welcoming one and all as Larry always did.
Our Heart Failure Patient Support Group meetings are a gathering space for all Heart Failure patients and loved ones to listen or share first-hand knowledge, information, experiences, and strategies on how to live your best life with Heart Failure and all its complications. Each meeting features Team HeartBrothers Ambassadors, fellow Heart Failure patients and caregivers, and social workers and staff from partnering transplant centers. ​​
